Thomas Chesley
Founder Thomas Chesley is passionate about his service to those who are neglected and not properly sheltered and cared for. His concern stems from his own experience with homelessness and trying to survive homelessness without adequate help and assistance. His love for the homeless population is real and he wants to make a difference.
Lillian Chesley
Founder Lillian Chesley feels that her experience serving the homeless communities means more than just providing for their physical needs. Despite the obvious disadvantages that the unsheltered face in regard to feelings of hopelessness, despair, and fear for their safety, there are emotional and psychological factors that permeate and threaten their hope to become self-reliant. A Touch of Love Works was established to foster the prospect of possibilities with dignity and courage.
